Dating Square: Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse & Exploitation (CSAE)

At Dating Square, we have a zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of child sexual abuse and exploitation. We are fully committed to protecting children and vulnerable users on our platform and strictly enforce the following standards to comply with Google Play’s policies and global child protection laws.

1. Zero-Tolerance for CSAE

Dating Square strictly prohibits the creation, possession, distribution, or promotion of child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — including photos, videos, text, audio, and AI-generated content. Any such content will result in immediate removal and permanent account bans, and will be reported to appropriate authorities.

2. Banned Behaviors & Content

We do not allow:

  • Grooming or sexual solicitation of minors

  • Sextortion or any form of coercive sexual behavior

  • Trafficking or exploitation of minors

  • Sexualized depictions of minors or any content that sexualizes children

We also prohibit attempts to deceive our platform’s age- or identity-verification process.

3. Detection & Moderation

We use a combination of AI-based detection, manual moderation, and user reporting to monitor and remove inappropriate content or behavior. Any suspected CSAE-related activity is investigated and escalated immediately.

4. In-App Reporting Tools

Users can easily report any content, message, or user behavior that appears harmful or inappropriate via our “Report” button. Our moderation team reviews all reports promptly and takes action as needed.

5. Enforcement & Legal Reporting

Accounts involved in CSAE violations are permanently suspended, and any confirmed CSAM is reported to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) or relevant law enforcement.

6. Self-Certification for Google Play

Dating Square confirms the following:

  • We have published CSAE standards publicly

  • We provide in-app user reporting

  • We remove CSAE content immediately upon discovery

  • We comply with relevant child safety laws (e.g. COPPA, GDPR)

  • We have a designated contact point for CSAE issues
